The Minnesota STAR Program is federally funded by the Rehabilitation Services Administration in accordance with the Assistive Technology Act of 1998, as amended (P.L. 108-364).

State Plan for Assistive Technology

Directions to STAR
The Centennial Office Building is located at 658 Cedar Street, Saint Paul, MN 55155 (one block south of the Capitol). STAR is on the third floor.
From the north on I-35E - Take the University Avenue exit (107C) toward the state capitol. Turn right on University Avenue East. Turn left on Robert Street. Take first right on Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Centennial Office Building will be on the left at the corner of Cedar and Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
From the south on I-35E - Take the 11th Street exit (106C) toward the state capitol. Turn left on Cedar Street. Continue on Cedar until you reach 658 Cedar, which will be on the right.
From the east on I-94 - Take the 12th Street/State Capitol exit (242A). Turn right on Cedar Street. Continue until you reach 658 Cedar, which will be on the right.
From the west on I-94 - Take the, Marion Street/Kellogg Blvd/State Capitol exit (241A). Go left on Marion Street to University Avenue. Turn right on University Avenue. Turn right on Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Centennial Office Building is on the corner of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd and Cedar Street.
Parking - Metered parking is available. All meters require quarters. Each quarter is good for 20 minutes. Here is additional information and a map of parking options within the Capitol complex.
